The Court of Appeal in Lagos on Friday morning  overturned the ruling of a High court that ordered the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) to pay popular actor, Babatunde Omidina, popularly known as Baba Suwe  the sum of N25m naira as damages for unlawfully detaining him in an alleged drug trafficking case.

Bamidele Aturu, Mr. Omidina’s lawyer, said that he would appeal the ruling.
